The Best Fried Oreo’s


I remember the first time I tried Fried Oreos. I was at the State Fair and they were so amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever had a cookie that was fried before. The first bite tasted like Heaven to me. It was like eating a warm donut filled with cream, but I also thought to myself “Why pay $6 for two cookies when I could make them myself” so of course I went home and made them. To keep it simple and easy for you, just use your favorite pancakes mix for your batter to dip the cookie in.

Delicious Fried Oreos with powder sugar sprinkled on top.


  • 1 pack of Oreos

  • 1-2 Cup Pancake mix

  • Powder Sugar

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Equipment you may need
  • Deep saucepan or Deep Fryer

  • Sifter


  • In saucepan or deep fryer, add oil on medium high heat. Check to see if oil is hot by waving hand across, feeling a warm air or by placing a wooden spoon, handle first to bottom of pan to see if bubbles rise.
  • Mix together pancake mix and water until well combined. It should be a thick consistency.
  • Once oil is hot enough, dip cookie into pancake mix, covering all sides. Once covered, lightly drop into pan on each side for 20-30 seconds. Turning on each side until golden brown. Repeat process. Once you’ve made enough, set aside.
  • Sift powdered sugar on top of all cookies. Serve warm.
