My kids really love French Toast as I once stated, so every now-and-then I have to think of ways to spice it up. For breakfast we made Stuffed French Toast with PB&J filled inside and it was actually delicious! It’s kind of like your ordinary Pb&j sandwich, but warm with sugar on top! I’m not sure why we liked this so much, but we’ll definitely have this again soon!

Creamy Peanut Butter and Strawberry or Grape Jam filled inside Brioche Bread topped with Powder Sugar and Bananas.
4 Slices Brioche Bread
Strawberry or Grape Jam
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
1/4 tbsp Butter (half stick)
- Make two peanut butter and jelly/jam sandwiches, set aside.
- In bowl mix together eggs, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and salt until well combined. Set Aside
- Add skillet to stove top on medium high heat, once butter is melted dip sandwich into egg mixture (just enough to coat each layer of bread, you don’t have to soak it into the mixture) add place into the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until bread is golden brown. Enjoy!
- you could add slice bananas and powder sugar on top, but it’s optional.
